Refund policy
At Eli and Kim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Here are the key points to note:
1. Returns
You can return your item(s) within 5-7 days of the purchase date for a replacement of similar product , provided there is a video of opening the product made and shared with 3-4days of receiving the product, and the item(s) are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The time frame for the replaced product will depend on the product. We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.
We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.
No Returns & No Exchange on bridal Products.
NO EXCHANGE & NO RETURNS ON SALE PRODUCTS.
2. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only in an exceptional case , and the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. We strive to process refunds promptly.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Any items such as suits , bridal lehengas, Gowns and other items which are customized according to clients preference or they are used by the customer may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
